The ESC annual Congress took place from August 29 to September 1, 2025, in Madrid. The conference focused on global health and brought together scientists, healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders from all around the world. EuroHeartPath had the great opportunity to be presented within the ESC TV Connect session and as part of the EU-funded projects stand. The session, which was very well attended, featured a discussion on how pathway-based innovation can help reduce unwarranted variation and improve outcomes in cardiovascular care across Europe. It was chaired by Prof. Pim Van der Harst (UMC Utrecht) and led by excellent speakers and partners from the EuroHeartPath project:
- Dr. Moritz von Scheidt (German Heart Center of Munich)
- Yang Xu (Medical Director of AstraZeneca)
- Dr Marcos Gallego Llorente(Vintura).
