The EuroHeartPath consortium is on a mission to revolutionize cardiovascular care across Europe. With a pan-European approach and the support of key stakeholders — including ESC, WONCA, EUPHA, and EPA — EuroHeartPath enables cross-country comparisons to better understand how care is organized and delivered, identify best practices, and promote integrated, patient-centred solutions.
To drive this transformation, 18 pathfinder studies are being launched to optimize the early detection, diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment of heart failure, atrial fibrillation, ventricular fibrillation, and coronary disease — all with a strong focus on prevention.
