PACEVALUE
The PACEVALUE study is building a cutting-edge registry in high-volume centres to evaluate patient outcomes and cost-effectiveness of advanced cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIEDs).
PACEVALUE will:
- Predict Risk: Identify patients at risk for pacing-induced cardiomyopathy (PICM) and guide preventive CRT strategies
- Fill Knowledge Gaps: Explore key questions in CIED care, patient pathways, and treatment value
- Elevate Research: Use registry-based RCTs and innovative methods like centre randomisation and win ratio analysis to shape future guidelines and improve global patient care
